In the fourth quarter of 2023, the top health and fitness applications in Sweden showed diverse trends in downloads and active user metrics. Here's a closer look at the performance of the leading apps, with data provided by Sensor Tower.

Bokadirekt: Skönhet & Hälsa saw a consistent level of weekly downloads, peaking at 16.3K in the week of October 23. However, a gradual decline was observed towards the end of the quarter, finishing with approximately 10.1K downloads in the last week of December. Weekly active users steadily increased from 110.3K at the beginning of the quarter to 132.3K by the end.

Fitness24Seven experienced fluctuating download numbers. Starting strong with 16.8K downloads in the first week of October, the app's downloads varied significantly, closing the quarter with around 5.6K in the final week of December.

Mitt Friskis had a relatively stable download rate throughout the quarter. Downloads ranged from 3.8K to 5.3K, with a notable increase to 5.3K in the last week of December.

Stepler - Walk & Earn showed a varied download trend, starting with 6.9K in late September and seeing a dip to 2.9K by mid-December.
